We're building an operating system for insurance brokers.
CCAgent turns the customer and policy data a brokerage already holds into action: renewals, follow-ups, conversations and tasks managed together across AI voice, WhatsApp and CRM. We build it inside RMC Technology and Consultancy.

The problem in a brokerage is not missing data.
Insurance brokers already have the customer and policy data. What is missing is not the data but a line that turns it into action.
- Renewal dates are forgotten
- Follow-up varies from person to person
- Conversations are in WhatsApp, the portfolio in a spreadsheet, reminders in a diary
- Managers cannot see what is late
- Critical work depends on someone remembering it
We built CCAgent to turn those dates, conversations and customer records into action that happens by itself.

From technology consultancy to insurance operations
CCAgent did not start from a blank page; it is two decades of enterprise software experience pointed at one operational problem.
- 20+ years
Technology background
RMC Technology and Consultancy has served enterprise clients for over two decades.
- Enterprise
Software and cloud
Agile delivery, cloud integration and data-heavy systems.
- AI
AI and automation
Applied work on conversation, classification and process automation.
- Field
The problem we saw
The same thing came up in every brokerage conversation: follow-up depended on a person, and losses went unnoticed.
- Today
CCAgent
An operations platform specific to insurance, putting renewal follow-up on a rule instead of on memory.
Five products. One connected platform.
These are not separate tools. They work on the same customer record and automate the complete customer lifecycle.
What we believe
Not a values list — the reasoning behind the decisions we made building the product.
Automation over memory
Important work should not depend on someone remembering it. A renewal date should open a task by itself.
One customer, one history
Every conversation and action should live on the same customer record. Tracking in three places is not tracking.
AI under human control
AI takes the repetitive work and brings a person in when the conversation turns on a decision or a negotiation.
Measure outcomes, not features
Success is renewals completed, customers reached and work closed on time — not the number of features.
AI that works inside your operation
A record arrives on a channel, is understood in the AI layer, becomes action in the operations layer and is measured in the management layer.
Channels
Voice · WhatsApp · Email
Where contact with the customer happens.
AI layer
Intent · Qualification · Summarisation
What was asked is drawn from the conversation and a 0–100 score is written to the record.
Operations layer
CRM · Tasks · Workflow · SLA
An owner is assigned, a task opens at the threshold, the clock starts.
Management layer
Analytics · Escalation · Reporting
Late work becomes visible and outcomes are measured from records.

Built around how insurance brokers actually work
We did not derive this from a general-purpose CRM; we built it around the daily work of a renewal-heavy portfolio.
Independent brokers
Teams of one to a few people, where everyone does everything.
Growing broker teams
The stage where responsibility spreads and who is following what gets blurry.
Renewal-heavy portfolios
Where most of the revenue comes from existing customers renewing.
Still tracking in spreadsheets
Reminders in a diary, the portfolio in a table, conversations on a phone.
AI where it helps. People where they matter.
The question we hear most is: “what will the AI do with my customer on its own?” We draw that line up front.
AI handles
- Repetitive first contact
- Qualification and scoring
- Call summaries
- Reminders and follow-up
- Routing to the right person
Your team handles
- Complex conversations
- Advice and cover decisions
- Negotiation
- The customer relationship
- Exceptions
The handoff is a rule: work passes to a person when no reply comes, when the conversation turns on price or cover, and whenever the customer asks.
Built for business-critical customer data
These are in the product today. We also say what we do not offer.
Data isolation
Each customer sits in their own database schema; data does not mix.
Role-based access
Roles and permissions decide who can see what.
Single sign-on
OAuth2 / JWT through Keycloak.
Auditability
Critical actions are recorded with who and when, so Consumer Duty evidence comes off the record rather than out of memory.
Encryption
Channel credentials are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
UK GDPR tools
Explicit consent records, the privacy notice and a data deletion process.
Controlled AI access
The AI reaches only the customer record in question; channel keys stay in the application layer.
Self-hosting, choosing a data location and independent security certification (SOC 2, ISO 27001) are not offered today. If you need those, let's talk.

The figure below belongs to the company that builds the product, not to CCAgent — we keep them apart so they are not read as one.
years of technology and consultancy work
CCAgent's own numbers
The pilot has not started. When we have a measured result for the product we will put it here with its source. Until then we leave it empty.
The team behind CCAgent
The product is built by a small team inside RMC, focused on this one thing.
Product
Field interviews with brokers, scope and prioritisation.
Engineering
Platform, integrations and multi-tenant infrastructure.
AI
Applying conversation, qualification and summarisation models.
Operations
Setup, portfolio import and pilot support.
Named profiles and photographs will be published here.
We start with renewals, and do not stop there
You can start with renewal follow-up today. What we are building is the end-to-end customer operations layer for an insurance brokerage — on the same record, as the continuation of the same chain.
