How long is the demo?
15–30 minutes, which leaves room for your own process and your questions.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. A general explanation of how you track renewals today is enough. Knowing your policy count makes the call more concrete.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Your portfolio imports from CSV or Excel as it is. There are ready-made connections for Meta Lead Ads, WhatsApp Business, Gmail and Outlook. For anything else the REST API and webhooks are open; there is no ready-made connector.
Do I need to replace my current CRM?
The product comes with its own CRM and the renewal engine runs on it. There is no ready-made connector to another CRM today; a transfer is built through the API.
How quickly can we get started?
Importing the portfolio and configuring task rules and message templates for your agency takes 2–3 days. Before that there is a week of baseline work: your current renewal volume, on-time contact rate and loss reasons.
Do you support enterprise deployments?
Single sign-on, role-based access, audit logging and schema-level data isolation exist today. Self-hosting and choosing a data location do not yet; if you need those, let's discuss it on the call.
