Data Collection

We collect information that you provide directly to us, such as when you create or modify your account, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. This includes your name, email, and any other data you choose to provide.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

Data Usage

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to develop new ones, and to protect our services and our users.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used, and only if you allow it. The details:

  • Your choice is stored in this browser’s local storage (localStorage) as aa-consent-v2; no cookie is used for it. If you made a choice before the cookie notice was updated, you will be asked again.
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM-K6Q6LJ8F) loads only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie notice, and it runs Google Analytics 4 (G-8NVFCK1Z8X). Both are provided by Google.
  • Google Analytics places two first-party cookies on our domain: _ga holds a random ID used to recognise your browser on later visits; _ga_8NVFCK1Z8X keeps session state. Both stay on your device for up to 2 years after your last visit.
  • What is measured: the pages you view and where you came from; scrolling; clicks on demo, pricing, WhatsApp, phone and other-site links; use of forms and the calculator (not what you type or the figures you enter); device and browser type; approximate location. Google receives your IP address and the _ga ID with each request. Advertising features and Google signals are off.
  • Never sent to Google Analytics: what you type into forms and the figures you enter in the calculator.
  • Google processes this data on its servers, including outside the UK.
  • As long as the site uses Google Analytics, a “Cookie preferences” link appears at the bottom of the page; you can change your choice there at any time. If you choose “Decline”, Google Analytics stops, its cookies are deleted and the page reloads.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing of your data.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at info@ccagent.net.
