A lead arrives from a Meta ad or a CSV. The AI messages it on WhatsApp, calls when it has to, qualifies and scores it, then assigns it to a rep. Quotes, policies and renewals are tracked in the same panel, against SLAs.

What happened overnight
What it connects to
A thousand leads in a sample month. Every narrowing below comes from someone forgetting, not from a system failing.
590 leads went unanswered on day one; most were never opened again.
Nobody knows who is hot and who is cold — everyone waits in the same queue.
Quotes lapse on their expiry date with no one chasing them.
The renewal date was in the system. Nobody was reminded.
Thirty-one of a thousand leads made it to a renewal. None of that loss was about price; all of it was about a call that happened too late.
What agencies tell us
Leads come in from the ads, but by the evening nobody knows who called whom.
We sent the quote, the customer said they'd think about it. Nobody followed up.
We found out the policy had lapsed when the customer renewed it somewhere else.
Everything is in the spreadsheet. Nobody remembers to open the spreadsheet.
The Customer's Phone
Same customer, same date. The only difference: whether a message ever arrives.
A diary, a spreadsheet, and memory
AkıllıArama remembers, and writes
Same customer, same date, two different outcomes. The difference is whether that message depends on someone remembering, or on a system.
The record from an ad, the AI qualification, the rep assignment, the quote, the policy and the renewal are stops on the same line. Nobody has to remember the handoffs between them.
Today
When the chain breaks, the loss goes unnoticed — you find out when the customer doesn't come back.
AkıllıArama
Every transition is written to the timeline with its actor and its timestamp.
It messages a new record on WhatsApp and, if no reply comes, the voice assistant calls. From the conversation it derives the need, the product and the intent to buy.
0–100 score · Hot / Warm / Cold
A qualified record reaches a rep without waiting. Unassigned records are counted separately, so nobody's workload swells quietly.
Round robin · Territory-based · Workload-balanced
A task opens by itself at each day threshold before a policy expires. If it isn't closed in time, it escalates to the manager.
T-30 / 15 / 7 / 1 · 24h SLA · 72h escalation
Six stops. The moves between them are made by rules rather than by hand, and every move is written to the timeline with an actor and a timestamp.
01
Meta lead form, web form, CSV/Excel or webhook. Format, encoding and delimiter are detected for you.
02
It messages on WhatsApp, calls when needed, extracts the need and returns a 0–100 score plus a hot/warm/cold grade.
03
Round robin, by territory or balanced by workload. Anything unassigned is counted separately on the dashboard.
04
Product, insurer, premium and validity. A task opens for any quote about to expire.
05
One click converts the quote; the source stays traceable and the countdown to expiry begins.
06
T-30, T-15, T-7, T-1. No reply means a call task; still no reply means a manager escalation.
Every section carries its own screen, and the screen moves as the story does.
Lead flow, win rate, premium at risk and SLA breaches on one screen. Switch between today, 7 days and 30 days; every card drills into the list beneath it.

The other windows on this page are live mocks that follow your theme and language. These two are fixed images: the panel's screens, with representative data.

Screenshots taken from a sample agency account in the staging environment; the names and amounts shown are examples.
The first screen of the day shows the rows that need touching today, not the whole book. Four cards close the question: where is money at risk, how many policies are in the window, which task is past its SLA, how many renewals were saved this month.
Watch Akıllı Arama contact customers, follow up automatically, understand responses and bring your team in only when needed.

Consent dates are on record; export and erasure requests start from the customer card. Personal data is masked in the logs.
Role- and company-scoped access, two-factor auth via Google Authenticator, a separate data schema per company.
Voice minutes and WhatsApp message balance sit live in the bottom-left corner. Packages, coupons and payment history live under the account.

For most agencies today's system is Excel plus a diary, or a general-purpose CRM that doesn't know insurance. The rows below don't count features — they count responsibility: who takes this job on?
| Who takes this job on? | Excel + diary | General-purpose CRM | AkıllıArama |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who remembers the renewal? | A person. If they remember. | A reminder set by hand | The renewal engine: a task opens automatically at T-30 / 15 / 7 / 1 |
| What happens if first contact is late? | Nothing; it goes unnoticed | It shows in a report, no action follows | At 24 hours the task escalates and the manager is notified |
| Who speaks to a new record first? | Whichever rep is free | Nobody; the record waits in a queue | AI: messages on WhatsApp, calls if no reply comes |
| How is priority decided? | Order of arrival | A tag entered by hand | AI assigns a 0–100 score and a Hot / Warm / Cold grade |
| Where do quotes and policies live? | In separate files | Bolted on later as custom fields | Quote → policy → renewal are built in; converted in one click |
| The WhatsApp 24-hour rule | From a personal phone, with no rules | Requires an add-on | The window is tracked; free text is locked when it closes |
| A KVKK deletion request | Deleted by hand, no trace | The record is deleted, there is no process | Data Deletion Request runs the process on the record |
In most CRMs renewal is a reminder field. Here it is an engine with its own screen, its own SLA, its own escalation chain and its own metrics — saved renewals and premium at risk included.
Policy, insurer, premium, validity, the DASK / motor / home product breakdown and quote statuses are the product's own fields. No custom-field project needed.
The assistant that opens from the right knows which screen you are on and which record you have open. “How can I improve this template?” is answered with that context.
Turkish interface and Turkish AI conversations, task deadlines in Turkey time, national ID and city fields, province-level reporting, KVKK tooling.
We're not putting up showcase references or customer logos — we don't have them yet. Instead, two things you can verify: the agencies' own words from the interviews that shaped the product, and the countable facts of the product itself.

“Leads come in from the ads, but by the evening we don't know who called whom.”
The lines above come from agency interviews conducted while designing the product; they are anonymous and attributed to nobody. We publish no customer references, logos or result figures because we have no measured pilot result yet. The first results will be published here from pilot agencies' own before/after data.
An invented percentage falls apart in the first sales call. So we write down up front how the result will be measured — and the thing doing the measuring is the product's own Reports screen.
Baseline
1 week
Before the product goes live we establish your current renewal volume, your on-time contact rate and your reasons for loss.
Setup
2–3 days
The book is imported; task rules, roles and message templates are tuned to your agency.
Live use
4 weeks
Automatic follow-up runs on real renewals; the manager handles only the exceptions.
Comparison
1 week
The same eight metrics are read again. The difference is reported with your own data.
Renewal conversion rate
How many of the concluded renewals were renewed
Saved renewals
Policies recovered after escalation and renewed
SLA breach rate
Percentage of tasks not completed within their time
Unresponsive customer rate
Percentage of policies that never got a reply
Premium at risk
Total premium of policies at risk of being lost
Quote → acceptance rate
How many of the decided quotes were accepted
Average decision time
Days between sending a quote and its decision
Renewal premium change (median)
The median change in premium on renewed policies
These eight metrics weren't produced for marketing: the renewal section of the product's Reports screen already calculates them and exports them as CSV. So the figures we discuss at the end of the pilot are ones you read from the same screen.

Loss Estimate
Enter your own numbers. This is not a promise; it is simple arithmetic that makes the size of the loss visible.
Annual commission lost to weak follow-up

The calculation rests entirely on the assumptions you entered. The real figure only emerges from a last-year / this-year comparison on your own book — that is what we do together in the first week of the pilot.
Let's work out your real number together“We're KVKK compliant” says nothing on its own. What follows are the concrete tools the product puts in your hands.
The date the customer gave contact permission is its own field. Campaigns are not sent to records without consent — the block is inside the product.
When a customer asks for their own data it exports with one button; no assembling it by hand.
A deletion request runs as a request that is recorded, rather than by wiping the record by hand.
Owner and Member roles, email invitations and an expiry on the invitation. An account not attached to a company cannot enter the panel.
Account protection with Google Authenticator; enabled under Settings › Account › Security.
Every agency's data sits in its own separate schema in the database. Usage statistics are aggregated daily and contain no personal data.
When a customer says “delete my information”, don't delete the record by hand.
The Data Deletion Request button on the contact card runs the process while recording it. A record wiped by hand cannot prove the request was fulfilled.
We claim no ISO certification or formal data retention policy — those don't exist yet. Everything written above works in the product today.
No monthly fee per seat. Voice minutes and WhatsApp messages are separate balances; what you have left is always visible in the panel's left menu.

Pilot
The six weeks have a single purpose: to measure whether renewal follow-up discipline actually changed.
01
1 week
We establish past renewal volume, on-time contact rate, unanswered customers, and loss reasons.
02
2–3 days
Your book is imported; task rules, roles, and message templates are tuned to your agency.
03
4 weeks
Automated follow-up runs on real renewals; the manager handles only the exceptions each day.
04
1 week
Before/after comparison: renewals started on time, policies recovered, premium at risk.
Headline metric: share of renewals started on time — of the policies entering the renewal window, in what percentage did first customer contact begin within the target.
FAQ
Importing the book and tuning task rules and message templates to your agency takes 2–3 days. Before that there is a one-week baseline: your current renewal volume, on-time contact rate and loss reasons are established. We cannot claim to have improved something we never measured.
A CSV or Excel export from whatever you use today is enough. The import happens during setup, and missing or inconsistent fields get cleaned up together at that point.
No — that is WhatsApp's rule, not ours. You can send free-form messages within 24 hours of the customer's last message to you; once that window closes, only pre-approved templates go out. The system tracks the window itself and will not let you send free text when it is shut, so your number stays out of trouble.
Each agency's data sits in its own separate database schema; agencies cannot see each other's records. Deletion requests go through the Data Deletion page. The details are on the Privacy and Security pages.
No monthly per-seat fee; voice minutes and WhatsApp messages are separate balances and you pay only for the channels you switch on. All eleven packages are listed with their prices on the Pricing page. Which one fits you is something we work out together against the premium your own portfolio protects during the pilot.
A before/after comparison: in what percentage of policies entering the renewal window did first contact start on time, how many policies were recovered at the end of the follow-up chain, and how much premium was at risk. The headline metric is the share of renewals started on time.
