A few things worth knowing
- Credit-based model: voice minutes and WhatsApp messages are separate balances, both visible in the app.
- The number of users and agents does not change the price; add your whole team.
- Custom packages and coupon codes can be defined for larger portfolios.
- Setup, portfolio import and template configuration are done together as part of the pilot.
- Remaining balance and payment history live under Settings › Account › Payment & Credits.
Common questions
Does the number of users change the price?
No. Add as many people to your team as you like; the price is set only by the voice minutes and WhatsApp messages you use.
Why are prices in USD?
Voice and WhatsApp costs reach us in USD, so we set the price in the same currency. Billing is taken in TRY at the rate on the payment date.
My portfolio is large and these packages do not cover it.
We define custom packages for larger portfolios. Tell us your monthly volume and we will put one together.
Who does the setup?
Setup, importing your existing portfolio and configuring WhatsApp templates are done together as part of the pilot — you are not left on your own.
Where do I see my remaining balance?
It is always visible in the left-hand menu. The detail and payment history are under Settings › Account › Payment & Credits.
