Products
Each does a job on its own; together they close the chain.

Voice AI Agent
A Turkish-speaking AI assistant places the call, summarises the conversation and writes the result to the customer record.
Purpose: no customer goes uncalled.
- Outbound calling and call records
- Call summary lands as a note on the timeline
- Automatic follow-up task on a missed call
Drawn from your voice-minute balance.

A representative view of the product's screens; names and amounts are examples.
- Call placed
- AI listening
- Intent: renewal
- Summary written to CRM
These are states the product really produces, shown on a representative customer.
What each product solves
The left column is what we heard most often in field interviews with agencies.
Voice AI Agent
Today
- Missed calls go untracked
- There is no time to call everyone
- What was said is not recorded
With the product
The AI assistant calls in order, summarises the conversation and writes the result to the record; a missed call opens a task.
WhatsApp AI Agent
Today
- A message arrived and nobody replied
- The 24-hour window closed
- Nobody knows who is handling it
With the product
The incoming message is qualified, scored and assigned to an owner, with a reminder before the window closes.
AI CRM
Today
- The portfolio lives in a spreadsheet
- Quotes expire silently
- A policy ending opens no task for anyone
With the product
Customer, quote, policy and renewal on one record, where every date triggers a task.
Workflow Automation
Today
- Renewal follow-up depends on one person
- Who calls whom is settled in the evening meeting
- Late work is invisible
With the product
The chain runs itself at four thresholds, and a late task becomes visible to the manager.
Analytics and Reporting
Today
- Nobody knows how many renewals slipped
- Loss reasons are never asked
- Reports are built by hand
With the product
Renewal rate, loss reason and SLA breaches are produced from records; the report is already there.

How the products work together

Measures
Four stages
The whole chain comes down to these four.
- 01
Engage
Voice · WhatsAppWhichever channel a record arrives on, the product makes first contact; nobody waits for someone to check a list.
- 02
Understand
AI qualificationIntent is drawn from the conversation and a 0–100 score and grade are written to the record.
- 03
Act
CRM · AutomationAn owner is assigned, the SLA starts, and a task opens by itself when a threshold hits.
- 04
Measure
AnalyticsRenewal rate, loss reason and SLA breaches are produced from records.
Shared capabilities
Independent of any single product; on in every account.
- AI-assisted conversation and messaging
- 0–100 qualification score and grade
- Workflow automation and the renewal chain
- Channel history on one customer record
- Real-time dashboard and reports
- Human handoff: tasks, ownership and SLA
- REST API and webhooks, with key management
- Knowledge base: document upload and search
Use cases
The same chain, put to different work.
- Renewal tracking
- Four thresholds back from a policy's end; a slipping renewal shows the same day.
- Lead qualification
- Records from ads are scored, and the warm ones surface.
- Sales follow-up
- A reminder task opens before the quote you sent expires.
- Appointments
- A call that ends in an appointment records it and puts it on the calendar.
- Payment reminders
- Automatic reminders for payments coming due.
- Customer comms
- WhatsApp and call history on the customer's own timeline.
- Portfolio import
- Your existing portfolio uploads from CSV/Excel as it is.

Portfolio import without mapping columns.

Stripe · iyzico
Payment and balance top-up.

Enterprise and security
What is in the product today.

Single sign-on over OAuth2 / JWT through Keycloak.
Role-based access
Roles and permissions decide who can see what.
Encryption
Channel credentials are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
Audit log
Critical actions are recorded with who and when.
Data isolation
Each customer sits in their own database schema; data does not mix.
KVKK tools
Explicit consent records, deletion requests and the privacy notice.
API key management
Create, list and revoke keys.
Only what we actually have
No customer logos, no case studies — we do not have them yet. Instead, the countable things: facts about the product itself.
products on one platform
main screens
renewal thresholds: T-30, T-15, T-7, T-1
channels: WhatsApp, voice, email
When pilot results come in we will update this with measured figures. Until then we would rather leave it empty than print an invented percentage.
Common questions
Can I buy the products separately?
For channels, yes: voice and WhatsApp are separate packages and you switch on only what you need. CRM, automation and analytics are not sold separately — they are on in every account.
Can I use them together?
Yes, and it costs less: combo packages are cheaper than buying the two channels separately.
Does it work with my existing CRM?
The product comes with its own CRM; there is no ready-made connector to another CRM today. The REST API and webhooks are open, and that is how a transfer is built. Your existing portfolio uploads from CSV/Excel as it is.
How long does setup take?
Portfolio import, WhatsApp template approvals and renewal thresholds are configured together as part of the pilot. What usually sets the timeline is Meta's template approval.
Is there an API?
Yes. A REST API and webhooks, with keys you create and revoke from the app.
Is enterprise deployment supported?
SSO, role-based access, audit logging and schema-level data isolation exist today. Self-hosting and choosing a data location are not offered yet; if you need those, let's talk.
